Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of goods. An exception is made with made to order goods or goods cut to your size off a larger piece. For these goods, cancellation will be accepted prior to goods being cut and packed.
Please email or telephone us if you wish to cancel your order. A full refund will be given where we can accept cancellation. All refunds will be paid back via the same payment method and account number that you used when you placed the order.
Returns
We wanted you to be pleased with your purchase so are happy to accept returns.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Goods need to be received by us in good condition and the packaging must be unopened.
Customer pays for return postage and packing.

To return this item please take note of the following.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service for security of delivery.
- Where the return is due to a change of mind or over colour / size or similar issue we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund.
- If using stamps please check at the post office that the correct value has been put on the parcel as parcels that have an insufficient amount will not be delivered to us.
- You are responsible for any returned goods until they are received by us.
